At Suborbit.al, operated by Suborbital Solutions, LLC, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use our website, dashboard and proxy services. By using Suborbit.al, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect and store the following information to provide and manage our services:

  • Account details: your email address and username, which may be random or pseudonymous, your password (stored hashed) and, if you turn on two-factor sign-in, its secret and recovery codes.
  • Billing details you choose to add: a name, company name, postal address, VAT ID and, optionally, a Discord or Telegram handle, used for invoices and for reaching you. A business account requires a company name and address.
  • Sign-in records: the IP address you registered from, the IP address and browser (user agent) of each sign-in, and a history of changes to your profile with the IP address they were made from. We use these to protect your account and to investigate abuse.
  • Traffic usage: how much data each login (your account and each sub-user) transfers, per pool, country and day, to bill you and to apply the static fair-use allowance.
  • Orders and payments: your top-ups, balance history, orders, static IPs, servers and invoices.
  • Support messages: the tickets and emails you send us, and our replies.
  • Metrics: we keep performance metrics for a maximum of 6 hours to ensure service quality and troubleshoot issues.

2. What we don't collect

We do not log the websites you visit through our proxies or the content of your traffic. Beyond the volume of traffic described above and short-term metrics, we keep no logs of what you do through the Services.

3. How we use your information

The information we collect is used for the following purposes:

  • To provide the Services, bill for them and issue invoices.
  • To manage and optimize the performance, quality and reliability of our Services.
  • To keep accounts secure and to prevent fraud and abuse of the Services.
  • To troubleshoot issues and improve user experience.
  • To communicate with you regarding your account and any service-related matters, such as expiring static IPs or fair-use notices.
  • To send product news if you subscribed to it. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Payment processing

We do not see or store your card details. Payments are handled by third-party processors, depending on the method you choose:

These payment processors may collect and store additional information related to your transactions. We do not have direct access to or control over the information they collect. We encourage you to review their privacy policies for details on how they handle your information. For bank transfers on custom invoices, we receive the payer details your bank sends with the transfer.

5. Other processors

We use service providers to run the Services, such as hosting and email delivery. Dedicated and cloud servers you order are provisioned through our hosting provider. These providers process data only on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data retention

We retain information for the following periods:

  • Account details, billing details, sign-in records, orders, invoices and traffic usage data: as long as your account is active, or as long as needed to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
  • Metrics: for a maximum of 6 hours, after which they are automatically deleted.

7. Data security

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, and we offer two-factor sign-in for every account. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so while we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

You can see and change your account and billing details on your profile in the dashboard. To ask for a copy of your data, or for your account to be deleted, contact us. We may keep records we are required to keep by law, such as invoices.

9. Law enforcement requests

Suborbit.al may be required to respond to law enforcement requests. We do not control the end IPs used in our Services and cannot provide specific user information related to particular IP addresses. We will do our best to assist law enforcement within the limits of our capabilities and in compliance with applicable laws.

10. Changes to this privacy policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised policy.
